Juliet Huddy Finally Finds Her Mr. Wright

November 3, 2013

Brother John John: “My sis Juliet and her fiance Steve.” Former Fox & Friends Weekend co-host Juliet Huddy returned to the curvy couch this weekend with a little something extra special–her new engagement ring, apparently. After striking out thrice, FNC’s pulchritudinous player is pluckishly back at bat again: But, strangely, Juliet (and her her co-hosts, Tucker Carlson and Clayton Morris) never revealed her secret to her fans on either F&FW show. Happily, her brother John Huddy (and Fox 5 NY colleague) did–nine days ago: He Tweeted the connubial news and a pic of Juliet’s betrothed, saying, “My sis and her fiance Steve.”

Even though  Juliet has not announced the news to her own Twitter followers, she has left copious hints. On September 13, she Tweeted, “Happy Bday to my love @SWrightNYC. i hope you have an amazing day!!!” A few weeks later, she took a two-week European vacation with him, Tweeting copious pics of herself [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8] and two of her beloved, one of him in front of Westminister Abbey and another of him and her (posing menacingly as a message to a pickpocket who stole her camera). Subsequently, on October 28, Juliet Tweeted out a pic of her and her anonymous ” great friends out watching the Mizzou game” (including her man right beside her).

Congratulations, Juliet, on finding Mr. Right–er, Wright!

Juliet: Check Me Out on Good Day NY Now!!!

October 9, 2012

Huddy: I’ll be here for a while. :) Former Fox & Friends First co-host Juliet Huddy has a brand new gig, Fox 5 Good Day NY co-host, seemingly. Yesterday, GDNY announced its apparent new addition on Facebook with the post of a pic of Juliet and its other hosts, remarking, “So as you’ve probably noticed by now… Juliet Huddy from Fox News Channel is sitting in with us on the anchor desk… welcome!” As to whether she will be anchoring GDNY permanently, Juliet Tweeted, “I’ll be here for a while. :).”

In her debut appearance yesterday, Juliet Tweeted, “Hey tweeps! Check me out on Good Day NY NOW!!! Love my crew.” After the show, she gushed, “Had a great first day. Have known some of these folks for years, so the day seemed seemless [sic] :).” Today, still seemingly in her honeymoon stage at GDNY, she Tweeted, “LOVE MY O’s, my buds her at Fox 5, my little bro John and pizza.” To her male admirers, she added, “To clarify: John Huddy from Fox 5 is my BRO. NOT my husband lol!”

Congratulations, Juliet!

[Author’s aside:  Juliet votaries who do not have access to Fox 5 in New York can still see her on the O’Reilly Factor “Did You See That” segment and FoxNews.com’s “Kitchen Stars.”]

Juliet Huddy: Tamed Cougar?

May 27, 2012

Forty-one year old Juliet fetes her barely younger boy’s birth again.* Fresh back from her Sonoma vacation, Fox & Friends Weekend co-host Juliet Huddy seemed to gush over her forty-year-old fellow today: in fact, she seemed to go a mite overboard as she started the show with a diss of Ignacio “Nacho” Figueras, “the David Beckham of [polo]” and “the heart throb from Buenos Aires.” After her F&FW co-anchor Clayton Morris teased that their interview of “the face of Ralph Lauren” and “the most beautiful polo player in the world…[who’s]…gorgeous” would be “really difficult for…[her]…to be around him,” Juliet roundly replied, “It’s not going to be difficult. He’s okay.”**

Subsequently, after promising pics of her California wine country “vcay” around mid-show, Juliet faithfully Tweeted photos of Jordan’s birthday celebration: one of two of her girlfriends in route to her “beau’s surprise bday [sic]” party; a second of her in a flattering red-hot spaghetti-strap dress with a buxom bud; a third of the “unveiling” of the birthday cake; and yet another of her guy with his “gift sword.” No longer hiding her honey, Juliet seemed happy to show her swain again to her Tweeps. Likewise, Jordan has continued to proudly display his lovely lady for the world to see.

Interestingly, Juliet’s Jordan shares the same name as her dad and her baby bro (John John). Congrats already, Juliet? Regardless, happy birthday, Juliet’s John–Jordan!

*Fox & Friends Weekend – 05/27/12 (@ 6:18 a.m. ET) – Re Etan Patz’s disappearance thirty-three years ago on May 25 (ironically, Jordan’s birthday), Juliet said, “I remember this story. I was nine years old.”

F&F Fam: Juliet Huddy’s Dad Appears

March 26, 2012

Papa John makes three: two to go? Frequent Fox & Friends guest co-host Juliet Huddy‘s father John Huddy appeared on F&F this morning to discuss former Vice President Dick Cheney’s heart transplant (and his own) via phone. In doing so, Papa John, an author and television producer, became, at least, the third Huddy in Juliet’s immediate family to go on the show: Juliet’s younger brother John (affectionately dubbed “John John”), an Emmy Award-winning Fox 5 News (New York) reporter, has periodically covered news stories (e.g., “Black Friday Begins!”) for F&FW.

Three down: two to go? To the author’s knowledge, Juliet’s mom Erica, a beautiful former dancer/actress has not been on F&F yet. Nor, apparently, has Juliet’s less well-known half-brother Brent. Hopefully, it will be only a matter of time before Juliet’s “older twin sister” and her more “mysterious sib” make their own advents.

Juliet’s “John John”: Mocks F&F Interviewees?

November 25, 2011

Ms. Huddy: “That’s my brother!…So proud of him!” Fox5 News NY reporter John Huddy played the stereotypically rude New Yorker this morning to the delight and discomfort of his sister Juliet Huddy and her Fox & Friends co-hosts Dave Briggs and Clayton Morris. Perhaps, a bit, too well for his F&F audience during this holiday season.

As F&F‘s final half hour commenced with a segment entitled, “Black Friday Begins!,” Clayton introduced John, who was reporting from a NJ Walmart Supercenter.* Alluding to a earlier story of a holiday shopper who had allegedly used pepper spray to get to the front of the line, Clayton commented, “He didn’t use any pepper spray to get ahead there.” Interjecting, Juliet humorously queried, “Well, did he?”  Perchance, setting somewhat the tone of his story, John facetiously responded, “I always do. I always use mace to get ahead of the line. Are you kidding me!”

Subsequently, pointing to a young couple nearby, John said, “Look at these folks over here.” As the lady suddenly shrieked in surprise, he exclaimed, “I told you I was going to put you on. I told you!…What do you got here?” When the female shopper replied that she had bought a 42-inch television for $598, John condescending commented, “For a 42-inch? That’s not exactly a bargain!” Then realizing it was a 3-D, he added, “Okay, alright, that’s pretty good. ”

When the lady then asked if John would like to interview her male friend, he brusquely replied, “Yeah. Step out, step out of the way.” As she quickly complied, John pointed derisively down to the fellow’s feet clad in bright red sneakers, remarking, “What I want to see are your shoes. Look at these shoes: look at those shoes, guys. That’s what I’m talking about.”

As the chap chuckled uncomfortably, John continued, “So, anyway, what time did you guys get here, by the way?” When the man declared that they had been there from 11 p.m. from the night before, John replied, “Eleven p.m.?…What have you been doing the whole time?” Sheepishly, the guy answered, “Sleeping and shopping.” Looking at the camera, John laughed, “Okay, I don’t know. That’s a little weird.”

Subsequently, as John began to wrap up his tale, the three amused and discomfited co-hosts appeared in a split-screen shot with him. Trying to hide her smile initially, a reddening Juliet put her hand to her chest and opened her mouth in amazement. Meanwhile, Dave, beaming broadly, laughed to himself and put his head to his hand in disbelief as Clayton futilely bit his curled lip to suppress a smile.

Composing himself as John concluded his report, Dave remarked, “John, I hope they don’t have pepper spray ’cause you just told them [that] they didn’t get a good deal on their TV and that they’re weird. Giggling, Juliet chorused, “And, they’re weird. That’s my brother!” Chiming in, Clayton chuckled, “That’s what it was like growing up in the house of John.”

Finally, bidding adieu John adieu as the camera caught another Walmart shopper with a huge TV, Clayton comically implored, “Hey, John, go mock those people.” Laughing heartily with Dave in response, Juliet jested, “Oh, so proud of him, my little brother!” Seemingly flummoxed by it all, Dave rhetorically asked, “What is happening here?”

Indeed, Dave. Juliet’s “John John” better behave. Or, he really might get that pepper spray the next time.

Huddy Finds Her Half-Brother

May 1, 2011

Juliet: “Hi, Brent!” Fox & Friends Weekend guest co-host Juliet Huddy revealed yesterday that she has a half-brother that she had not known about for thirty-seven years. While the FNC anchor has often proudly spoken of her brother John Huddy, an Emmy-winning Fox 5 News/WNYW-TV (New York) reporter on Fox & Friends Weekend, she has never mentioned another brother to the best of the author’s knowledge. However, yesterday, she finally did.

Subbing for Alisyn Camerota on F&FW, Juliet interviewed two half-brothers who serendipitously discovered each other after thirty-eight years apart. When she began to conclude the discussion, Juliet disclosed, “I, I was in the same situation. I found out that I have a half-brother I never new about after, ironically, about thirty-seven years.” Revealingly, she continued, “And, it’s a wonderful thing to be able to keep in touch: you’ll be able to find out so many things that you have in common in so many small areas. It will be wonderful for you to go through this whole adventure.”

After one of the interviewed brothers congratulated her, a beaming Juliet replied, “Thank you. Thank you very much.” Looking into the camera and waving, she exclaimed, “Hi, Brent!”

Juliet and her “little” brother, John John (as she affectionately calls him), are the children of television producer/author John Huddy and the beautiful dancer/actress Erica Huddy. Their half-brother, Brent is likely the son of John Huddy and another relationship because Erica Huddy only lists John and Juliet as her children on her Facebook page.

Juliet, may your “new adventure” continue to be wonderful. Maybe, with Brent’s help, John John can keep you in line. Not!
