FBN:AM “Shining” Twin?

August 17, 2017

Riva Gold: Yes, she’s a little scary but, a barrette would make her even more so. Yes, Wall Street Journal markets reporter Riva Gold seems quite competent at what she does in the final segment of FBN:AM: But, truth be told she seems unnerving. The first time the author saw her he thought he was watching a little girl give a grownup report with a sense of Stanley Kubrick lurking in the background filming his sequel to The Shining.

Riva seems rather good at reporting the global market scene: But, she does so in an unnerving fashion–especially, so early in the morn. Riva, please go to a trusted, high-end hair stylist to get a cut that suggests a more welcoming TV personality look. Otherwise, FBN:AM fans will not want to “come play with [you] forever and ever and ever” (vid).

FBN:AM‘s finale? Eyes Wide Shut!

[Author’s aside: Ever since the Greek goddess Nicole Petallides has left the FBN:AM building and the politically correct table was added to obscure the gorgeous gams of the gal co-hosts, FBN:AM fans have had less and less reason to tune in. And, the new Shining reporter makes them even more likely to do so until she ups her game.]

FBN:AM: Lovely Nicole Out!

June 1, 2017

Lauren Simonetti: “Hi, James! That is correct!” That was the reply that the lovely FBN:AM co-host Lauren Simonetti had to the author this morning when he inquired, “Lauren, is your new co-host on ?” Sadly, the leggy lovely Greek goddess Nicole Petallides will no longer arouse her fans to the very early morn on FBN:AM.

Unfortunately, the author missed the Memorial Day edition because of a loss of electricity: Ergo, he missed any suggestion or remark that Nicole was departing from the show. However, his interest was piqued Monday evening when Nicole simply Tweeted, “đź’– & this team. thanks for watching .” But, the author took even more note of the fact that on Tuesday, Nicole Tweeted, “I’M ALL BUSINESS starting TODAY! Catch me Daytime&Primetime .” When Cheryl Casone opened Tuesday’s show saying, “Well, good morning, everybody: I’m Cheryl Casone,” and thereafter has not mentioned that she was filling in for Nicole for these last three shows, the author made the aforementioned inquiry of Lauren. Subsequently, Lauren informed Carpe Diem of the new change.

Nicole will be surely missed, especially, by her male admirers who appreciate her smarts, savvy, and fabulously gorgeous gams. Speaking of which, FBN:AM producers have sadly given in to political correctness and changed the set from the two co-hosts informing their viewers on the latest news while giving them a liberal view of their feminine pulchritude from head to toe as they sat atop their high stools. Yesterday, they brought in a glass table obscuring the sexy stems of their morning sirens.

Nicole, your fans bid you a fond farewell. FBN:AM will never be the same without you!

[Author’s aside: Lauren’s kind Tweet to the author was deleted shortly after it was made: But, of course, nothing is ever really deleted.]

F&F’s Hasselbeck Out: Who’s In?

November 23, 2015

“I’m just waiting on a Friend!” Today, FNC announced that Fox & Friends co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck is on her way out and that she is expected to exit the early morn cable news champ in late December according to “Variety” magazine. Elisabeth, F&F fans barely knew you!

Only two years ago (September 16, 2013), sexy Survivor celeb and The View’s erstwhile conservative co-anchor Elisabeth became the belle of the ball, replacing flirty 1989 Miss America beauty, Gretchen Carlson, who never really seemed to quite click with her male co-hosts, Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade. In contrast, Elisabeth was the sweet married hottie that put her boys on the curvy couch on notice from the start that she considered them brothers.

To the author who has followed F&F since the days of E. D. Donahey (a/k/a E. D. Hill), Elisabeth seemed like such a sweet, sincere soul that he could not easily snark or snipe at her–even when she became mawkish and maudlin. Nevertheless, she seemed like an odd choice for F&F‘s then EVP of Programming Bill Shine over the much beloved Fox & Friends Weekend co-host Alisyn Camerota who oft held court from the center seat on the weekend curvy couch when Gretchen was away. Of course, the long-time F&F fan was not overly surprised since Shine had similarly overlooked E. D.’s obvious successor, the smart, sexy, and charismatic F&FW co-anchor Kiran Chetry.

Perhaps, Shine will bring back comely Kiran: But, it is somewhat doubtful in light of the manner that Kiran was reportedly dismissed. If he is not ready to bring Kiran back into the fold, perchance, he will consider Aly who was always there for him on F&F First, F&F Weekend, and F&F weekday (as a sub, especially during the big news special editions). If Shine wants to stay with the Fox stable, he may want to consider Greek goddess Nicole Petallides who brings sexy back on FBN:AM on a daily basis (as F&FF once did).

[Author’s aside: Best of luck, Elisabeth! Hopefully, you will enjoy much joy, peace, success with the fam in the present and in your career in the future.]
