Safe Space: Fake News? Does anybody who watches cable news on a regular basis believe that the co-hosts who are appearing as the Brady Bunch a la Fox and Friends or The Five or six feet from each other a la New Day buy it? If one does, one probably should be more than willing to buy the Brooklyn bridge from a stranger or the one that Senator Hatch offered to sell in Massachusetts.
No one with any media savvy or political correctness gone amok believe this inanity is for real. Obviously, they are attempting to make a statement as to what the voter should observe–and to be politically correct seemingly.
But, it is irritating to watch knowing full well that these co-hosts are probably congregating in the green room or a private bar nearby. Even though the intent may be benign, the virtue signalling is nauseating.

Six minutes late to broadcast. Yes, today New Day co-hosts, the lovely Alisyn Camerota and wiseacre John Berman showed up six minutes late this morning with no apology (or explanation).* Usually, the duo appear at 5:59 a.m. ET (which, by the way, New Day, screws up DVR recording of other channels unless manually monitored). But, today, inexplicably, they did not: In the author’s opinion, viewers and fans deserved the courtesy of an explanation as the show began. Unfortunately, they got none.
Aly, John, and New Day producers, step up your game.

Abby, please don’t go, too! As word spreads that Fox & Friends Weekend co-host Abby Huntsman may leave the FNC fold to join her friend Meghan McCain at The View, F&FW fans are welcome to muse about the strange disintegration of a trio of co-hosts that preceded her, i.e., Clayton Morris, Alisyn Camerota, and Dave Briggs. (Yes, the author knows that the lovely now honorary Aussie Anna Kooiman was the lovely F&FW co-anchor that was the bridge between Aly and Abby.)
Of particular interest was Clayton’s bizarre adieu [vid]. Dave left in an emotional farewell in 2012 as the Bean Town sports boy transitioned to NBC Sports (before going to CNN to co-host Early Start with Christine Romans). Alleging legendary FNC honcho Roger Ailes harassed her, lovely Aly left for CNN New Day eventually where she has “woke” according to her book, Amanda Wakes Up. Re Clayton, his departure seemed strange at best: Out of the blue seemingly, he emotionally announced, “I have decided after 18 years in broadcast television – I didn’t think I was going to do this. That today will be my last day in television.” Additionally, he remarked, “”I don’t think you’ll ever see me on television again.”
In an ambiguous assertion, Clayton said that “he would be pursuing a new calling in ’empowering people’ and helping others build wealth through passive income.” Now, Clayton posits, “How to pay off your house within 5 years using these awesome ninja tricks.” Hopefully, it works: But, it sounds as strange as his fascination with UFO’s.
Clayton’s farewell was a bizarre goodbye. Hopefully, Abby will not follow suit. (She’s a keeper–or should be!)

Clayton Out! Alisyn Camerota: “Don’t adjust your TV’s: It’s not 2012. Look who [sic] I’m reunited with, Dave Briggs, my old co-host!”* That is how New Day co-host introduced guest co-host Dave Briggs with whom she formerly co-anchored Fox & Friends on FNC (as Early Start promoted the upcoming New Day Show).
As New Day concluded, Aly turned to Dave, smiling, saying, “Well, Dave, um, it’s.” On cue, Dave turned to Aly, deadpanning, “Before, we go, you know…I’ve read this terrific book: I need to get you to sign my copy.” Beaming and looking at the camera, Aly jested, “What’s it called? You mean “Amanda Wakes Up?”
Beaming at his former Fox News co-anchor, Dave declared, “I’ve read it: I’ve done my homework. I’ve searched for my story in there.” Not so facetiously, she replied, “Oh, you may recognize a few characters in there!” Chuckling, Dave responded, “I recognize a little bit.”
And, fans of Fox & Friends Weekend and Fox News in general may recognize a lot. And, Amanda Wakes Up may tell a lot–about Aly’s transmogrification from her FNC role to her CNN one.
Ironically, on the very day that Aly and Dave reunited on CNN morning TV, Fox & Friends Weekend co-host Clayton Morris who was on the same team with Aly and Dave declared his departure from the curvy couch this Labor Day in the penultimate F&F segment and said that he might not ever be on TV again.

That was weird: Approximately 47 minutes before Carpe Diem posted, “Aly Goes Silent,” New Day co-host Alisyn Camerota had gone ballistic! In a CNN article entitled, “Alisyn Camerota: Why I’m Breaking Up with Twitter,” Aly goes on a rather rabid rant, declaring, “Dear Twitter (attn: trolls), It’s over. I’m breaking up with you. I know it’s sad. We’ve been together a long time.”
Elaborating, Aly writes, “You’re a shadow of your former self, the one I was first attracted to. It’s no fun to be with you anymore. You’ve become mean and verbally abusive. In fact, you gross me out. You’re a cesspool of spleen-venting from people who think it’s acceptable to insult other people in public and anonymously.”
Realizing, perchance, how her harshness may need to be abated re her fans, she remarks, ” I don’t mean to be harsh. Occasionally, you do let a nice, thoughtful person sneak through with a positive comment or constructive criticism. And I want you to know how much those messages have meant to me…. For years, these comments made all the negativity worth it — especially coming from those users who stood up for me and fought the trolls on my behalf. God bless them.”
But, then, perchance to her devoted Fox & Friends Weekend fans, she remarks or, more charitably, her harsher critics, Aly continues, “Of course, some of this is my fault. I’ve been leading you on. I’ve made you think I like you more than I really do. The truth is, I haven’t cared about you for a long time — in fact, I’ve been avoiding you.” Cutting to the quick, she adds, “I go weeks at a time without reading you, leaving you to prattle on thinking you have my attention….So, I’m done. I’m moving on. I’m looking for something else, something real and lasting.”
Offering a sop to her besotted loving acolytes, she promises, “And to the tens of thousands of folks who took time to follow me, I trust we’ll find a kinder place to reconnect.”
Hope you really will, Aly.

Kellyanne Conway: “You guys have made a business decision to be anti-Trump.” New Day co-host Chris Cuomo‘s concurred, “And, you guys have also made a decision.” [Italics added for emphasis]. Wow!
It was a rare moment in media history when Chris admitted to his viewers that CNN had made a business decision to be anti-Trump instead of being unbiased in its coverage of POTUS. For political junkies, the practically thirty-five-minute interview was practically partisan polemic porn. The two fought with a Coliseum-like feral ferocity showcasing CNN honcho Jeff Zucker’s early morn co-anchor Chris with the first successful Presidential campaign manager Kellyanne. The New York Cuomo scion versus the New Jersey girl scrapper: And, the girl ate the boy’s lunch.
Epic must-see TV! Especially the last few minutes. Vid, supra, may be NSFW depending on your workplace. Enjoy at your own risk!

Alisyn Camerota: “Reunited and it feels so good! Yes, former Fox & Friends Weekend co-hosts Dave Briggs and Alisyn Camerota are back together in the morn–at CNN! To boot, they are on back-to-back shows: Dave is Christine Romans‘ new co-host on Early Start from 4-6 a.m. ET, and Aly is Chris Cuomo‘s co-anchor on New Day from 6-9 a.m. ET.
It was a strange, striking sight to see these Fox News co-anchors lovingly embrace each other on FNC’s main cable news rival as Aly teased her ND show on ES. Before she did, Dave introduced her saying, “Alright, let take a look what’s coming up on New Day. My former co-host, my mentor, my friend Alisyn Camerota joining us this morning!”* Gleefully smiling and applauding, Aly broke into song, singing, “Reunited and it feels so good!” Joining in with a big grin, Dave sang, “So good!”
Subsequently, Aly declared, “Dave, we’re super excited to welcome you here to CNN: It’s so great to have you as part of the extended New Day family.”
Giving Dave a playful dig, Aly declared, “I know that you are a fan of the fancy foot hosiery: So, at New Day, we wanted to get you off on the right foot. You’re a man who doesn’t shy await from a floral print. We have some fancy new socks here.” Displaying Dave’s three pairs of fun, colorful pairs fit for a President (George H.W. Bush), Aly said, “We know you like it: So, this should get you through the first week.”
Happy to have her friend back as a colleague, Aly concluded, “We’re thrilled to have you, Dave!”
Indeed, Aly: Great to see you back in the cable news morn indeed, Dave!

CNN “Very Fake News”! President Trump finally gave CNN reporter Jim Acosta a question–in fact, quite a few at his presser this afternoon: And, POTUS did not hold back in his answers to George Clooney’s wannabe doppelganger. Before giving Jim his series of queries (in answer to an earlier question), POTUS remarked, “I’m not okay when [a story] is fake: I mean I watch CNN. It’s so much anger and hatred, and just the hatred: I don’t watch it anymore….” When President Trump finally called on Jim, Jim remarked, “Thank you very much. And, just for the record, we don’t hate you. I don’t hate you.” POTUS acerbically replied, “Okay. Well…ask [CEO honcho] Jeff Zucker how he got his job, okay!”
In a subsequent query, Jim asked, “If the information coming from those leaks is real, then how can the stories be fake?” President Trump retorted, “The reporting is fake!” Elaborating, POTUS said, “I’ve been involved with this stuff all my life: But, I’m involved so I know when you are telling the truth and when you’re not. I just see many, many untruthful things. And, I’ll tell you what else I see: I see tone! You know the word ‘tone’: The tone is such hatred!”
Seeming to contrast FNC’s Fox & Friends with CNN’s New Day, President Trump continued, “The tone is such hatred! I watched this morning a couple of the network[s]. And, I have to say, ‘Fox & Friends in the morning, they’re very honorable people’…not because they’re good ’cause they hit me also when I do something wrong. But, they have the most honest morning show! That’s all I can say: It’s the most honest!”
Unfortunately, President Trump seems to have a point. In their apparent running feud with POTUS in tandem with CNN proper and their boss Zucker, co-hosts Chris Cuomo and Alisyn Camerota seem to have not quite recovered from their shock that not only did The Donald actually run, win the GOP primary, and win in convincing fashion but also he is doing what he promised to do to “Make America Great Again.” And, the anti-Trump vibe seems to run through the show each and every morning without even any pretense of objectivity.
The author has faithfully watched CNN’s New Day ever since it’s inception as American Morning with Kiran Chetry and John Roberts. Furthermore, he has been a fan of Alisyn Camerota since her days with Kiran on Fox & Friends Weekend. Ergo, he harbors no animus toward Aly (or Chris): But, the New Day co-anchors do need to pull themselves out of their funk and to start to cover President Trump and the news fairly for their faithful viewers.
A new New Day is sorely needed!
[Author’s aside: The subtitle is derived from POTUS’ response to Jim’s final query with regard to CNN being called “fake news”: President Trump announced, “I’m changing it from ‘fake news,’ though–‘very fake news'”!]

Camerota: “How much time and energy and space should we be devoting to the demonstrably false claims that the President-elect makes, let’s say, about people voting illegally?”* If New Day viewers wavered over how co-hosts Chris Cuomo and Alisyn Camerota stood vis-a-vis President-elect Donald Trump before today, they probably got a good sense today. Over the election cycle, it has seemed rather obvious for whom CNN honcho Jeff Zucker’s New Day co-hosts Chris and Aly were rooting.
And, that is not necessarily bad. Journos have a high and exalted perspective of themselves as truth tellers and fair-and-balanced purveyors of the facts. Since the days of yellow journalism under Hearst and Pulitzer, journalists have pined for eyes and considered themselves just a little–or, a lot better–than the average Joe/Jill or Everyman/Everywoman. And, every so often the public gets lazy and falls for the charade. But, happily, journos overreach and the public smiles–because they know the truth: The reader/viewer gets the facts, hopefully, and still distills the spin. And, it is not that hard.
This early morn, Chris was whining about President-elect Donald J. Trump’s allegation that he would have won the popular vote if illegals had not voted, saying, “That’s called bullsh*t.”** Chiming in, Aly pontificated that Trump’s claims were “demonstrably false.” It was amusing to the viewer because s/he knows that the media has skin in the game whether they admit it or not. The perpetuation of the caviling and carping of the media simply signals their audience that their “talking heads” are probably biased–even if well intentioned.
Love you, Chris and Aly: But, move on. Or, your viewers may well do so.

Catty CNN contributor Ana Navarro: “[P]*ssy…p*ssy…p*ssy….” New Day aroused their morning viewers to the mantra of “p*ssy…p*ssy…p*ssy” today. For single guys and gals, it may have been an erotic ohm moment: But, for parents, it was probably a startling wake-up call for their children headed to school.
Apparently, JEB! Bushie Ana Navarro could not get Trump or “p*ssy” off of her mind: She seemed apoplectic at the start of the seven o’clock hour when New Day co-hosts Alisyn Camerota and Chris Cuomo queried her about the GOP standard bearer Donald Trump‘s debate performance. With regard to The Donald’s horrid remarks re his purported easy access to comely females’ nether regions because of his star status, thrice did she say “p*ssy” during the segment: twice on a clip from a vid (from an earlier show with anchor Don Lemon) and once later in the segment itself.
Yes, the CNN “p*ssy control” police were M.I.A. on New Day. And, somewhere, Prince is smiling (vid).

Camerota confused: Blame it on Westboro? This morning, New Day co-host Alisyn Camerota interviewed Orlando City Commissioner Patty Sheehan, asking her how her meeting with the President went yesterday.* Sheehan replied that she had not because “‘they’ were concerned that all the local elected officials would want to meet with the President.” Then the seemingly wounded Sheehan laughed, “I’m like, wait a minute! I’m the, I’m the gay one! I actually didn’t get to yesterday.” Sympathetically, Aly answered, “I’m sorry to hear that.”
Later, in the interview, Sheehan expressed her optimism as an LGBT activist of thirty years, saying, “I really feel a shift…I’ve dealt with a lot of people whose hearts and minds were really set in a way that was not in favor of my community. But, what I’ve seen is really a shift in the faith community.” She continued, “They have been very upset about some of the protests that have been talked about happening here: They say, ‘This is not reflective of our religion.'” Subsequently, she said that the Christian ministers had reached out to the imams and the Muslim community and that it was the first time that she had seen that: Clarifying herself, she said that they had had such interfaith groups (in the past) but that they had been “kind of…the lefty churches…the Unitarians…but now I’m talking about the Baptist Church folks locally talking to our Muslim community which I think is great!” Subsequently, Sheehan added, “And, they’re saying that this is about love and we need to embrace our LGBT community and I’ve never ever heard that before. So, I really do feel there’s a change and a shift because of this tragedy.”
Raising her eyebrows, Aly remarked, “That is a really nice silver lining, Commissioner, because we had heard rumors that there might be these sick protests from that odious fringe group who protests.” Interjecting, Sheehan stammered, “I’m not going to, I’m not going to mention their name because I find them so disgusting.” Concurring, Aly replied, “I’m not either.” Elaborating, Sheehan asserted that they [apparently, Westboro Baptist Church] had promised that they would not do a protest.
In response, Aly concluded, “We have seen lots of extremists…who bastardize a religion and claim it for their own in order to do vile things. And, we pray that that does not happen during the funerals down there. But, it is very heartening and inspiring to hear that the Muslim world and the Christian world and the Baptist world are all coming together.”
Aly, hopefully, love will conquer all as the Orlando victims are laid to rest, and, hopefully the WBC will not disrupt the funerals for the family and friends as they grieve their now deceased loved ones. But, as to the “Christian world and the Baptist world,” the world renowned evangelist Baptist Billy Graham would be rather surprised that you did not include his denomination in the “Christian world.” Blame it on Westboro?

“But, he’s my bigot!” New Day co-host Chris Cuomo appeared to “tar and feather” the presumptive GOP standard bearer Donald Trump with the epithets of “racist” and “bigot.” As former First Lady Hillary Clinton laid claim to be the almost certain Democratic Presidential nominee, Mario Cuomo’s youngest son appeared rather ready and willing to try to begin the process of taking Hillary’s Republican opponent out.
Yes, Chris has indicated that his mom loves and admires Trump (whose family appears to have been Cuomo friends–or, at least, congenial neighborhood acquaintances): But, today, Chris seemed to go out of his way to vilify The Donald today. In a tease, before interviewing moderate Republican Senator Susan Collins of Maine, he remarked, “What he says may be racist: But, he’s our racist! Is that a winning proposition for the GOP? When we come back, we have a Republican Senator to make the case!”
When New Day returned from commercial break, Chris interviewed Senator Collins who praised her former colleague, the erstwhile New York Senator Clinton, and declared that she has “a good relationship with her.” Beginning his colloquy, Chris queried whether Senator Collins could get over Trump’s remarks as to “this [Latino] judge [who is presiding over the Trump University lawsuit] and that’s one on a list of many statements like that that have come out of Trump.” In answer, Senator Collins said that she would like to be able to endorse Trump; that he should apologize to the judge and to the American people; that he should start acting more Presidential; and that he should articulate clearly what a Trump Presidency would look like. In reply, Chris asked, “So Senator, what do you say to a Republican or a Republican colleague whose proposition is ‘What do you want me to do? Is he bigoted? You know, it seems a lot of these statements fits squarely under the category of “yes” but he’s my bigot.”
If the reader wonders what the Senator said in response, she demurred and declared that she was struggling to support Trump: But, perhaps, the more salient fact was that Chris seemed to call Trump a racist and a bigot–or, at least, lay the groundwork for that attack for future reference. If so, it tarnishes New Day which should be a forum for an open discussion of the issues and the Presidential candidates. After all, viewers want a “fair and balanced” perspective of the news: And, they should get it on New Day.
“Racist” and “bigot” are rather inflammatory monikers! Dial it back a bit, Chris: And, let the New Day viewers decide.

Oops! This morning, New Day was definitely NSFW–at least, for a moment. As the penultimate segment of the first hour concluded, co-host Alisyn Camerota teased her viewers to an upcoming “Prince’s Final Hours” segment with a bumper video compilation clip from Prince: Unfortunately, the final vid was FUNKNROLL! Just before commercial, Prince sings, “Another motherf**ker you’re.”*
Yikes! Not exactly suitable for children as they are getting ready for school.
Strangely, neither Aly nor guest co-host John Berman apologized to their New Day audience.

Michaela says goodbye. Friday, New Day co-host Michaela Pereira called it quits: Now, Chris Cuomo is the last original co-anchor left standing. CNN honcho Jeff Zucker can try again to make that winning team that can give Fox & Friends a run for the money–or, at least, come in a respectable second.
Last week, CNN seemed to want to ease Michaela out the New Day door unlike its ceremonious ditching of another original co-host Kate Bolduan when she was on maternity leave by Zucker: Nevertheless, the slow sendoff of Michaela from New Day seemed like a painful display of inane maudlin, mawkish sentiment. The shtick appeared to be a pouting Chris about Michaela “abandoning” the show; a reveling Michaela in the “pain” that her departure caused Chris; and a laughing Alisyn Camerota at their silly departure dance.
Before Michaela exited the stage, she may have been billed as a coequal anchor but the loyal New Day viewer knew the pecking order: Chris was the alpha male; Aly was the alpha bitch (in a good way); and Michaela was still along for the ride. It did not go unnoticed by ND fans that prime anchor Chris would open the show in the first hour; secondary host Aly would intro it the second hour; and Chris would lead in the third and final hour: Tertiary anchor Michaela would tend to do the personal interest stories and racially sensitive ones.
Now that Michaela has “left the building,” the auditioning will begin–hopefully, for both males and females. Early Start co-hosts Christine Romans and John Berman would be a good place to start: No-nonsense Christine guest co-hosted ND predecessor American Morning regularly and quick-witted John Berman is oft a guest co-host of New Day. Of course, Aly and Chris might be a good duo a la Kiran Chetry and John Roberts (the last official co-hosts of AM).
Good luck, Michaela, as you move to HLN to host your own to-be-announced morning show! And, good luck Aly, Chris, and Zucker as you craft anew a New Day!

And Confuses Cuomo! Daftly, New Day co-anchors Alisyn Camerota and Chris Cuomo laughed uproariously at The Donald after a clip wherein Trump instructed his supporters about the proper spelling of his malignant moniker for his GOP Presidential opponent Ted Cruz (“Lyin’Ted”). Unfortunately for Aly and Chris, they ironically gave their fans a laugh–at their expense.
As the “B block” of the first hour began, vid ran of Trump supporters chanting, “Lyin’ Ted, Lyin’ Ted, Lyin’Ted”: Responding, The Donald declared, “He is Lyin’ Ted….But, you have to spell it right: It’s L-Y-I-N apostrophe, Lyin’ Ted!”*
As the vid ended, the camera honed in on Aly and Chris, who laughed heartily with their shoulders heaving in simpatico. Chuckling, Chris said, “We’re trying to figure out why Trump wants it spelled the right way. I said, ‘Maybe he trademarked it or something like that.'” Chiming in, Aly replied, “Since when he’s a stickler for spelling? I was confused about that one.”
Actually, it is quite simple, Aly and Chris. Remember the homophone? Trump wants his listeners to think of Cruz as “Lyin’ Ted.” Not “Lion Ted.”

The Donald isn’t the only one stumbling over “Second Corinthians.” On New Day this morning, co-host Alisyn Camerota had a faux pas herself re II Corinthians as she smiled at GOP front runner Donald J. Trump’s false step at Liberty University yesterday (when he called Second Corinthians “Two Corinthians” to the merriment of the devout students). Reading the headline news as the third hour began, Aly declared, “Donald Trump looking for some redemption after a slip on the campaign trail: He stumbled while citing the Book of Corinthians at the evangelical Liberty University and now he is seeking to right the ship, courting more religious voters at three events in Iowa.”
Ironically, as Aly tweaked The Donald for his lack of Biblical knowledge, she seemed to display her own as she referred to “the Book of Corinthians” for, at least, the second time this morning. As most seasoned evangelicals should know, “the Book of Corinthians” is nonexistent: Rather, there are two distinct books, i.e., First Corinthians and Second Corinthians. In all fairness to Aly, she was probably just reading the teleprompter: However, if she were well versed in the Scripture (pardon the pun), she probably should have noticed her mistake the second time. The irony of Aly’s miscitation was rather amusing.
Nevertheless, if evangelical Christians are true to form, the lovely Aly and the dapper Donald will probably be forgiven posthaste. As to referring to Corinthians in the future–or, at least, their leather–perhaps, that should be left to the inimitable Ricardo Montalban.

Sweet –and sexy! On this Christmas Eve, New Day co-anchor Alisyn Camerota must have been standing under the mistletoe. As Aly bid her ND fans a fond farewell this morn, she blew them a rare kiss for holiday cheer.
Not surprisingly, her co-host Chris Cuomo suddenly played the Grinch, feebly attempting to steal some sweet and sexy CNN Christmas joy from Aly and her acolytes. Fecklessly, People‘s 1997 “New York City’s Most Eligible Bachelor” tried to mock Aly’s sweet and sexy gesture by bussing the air and looking at the queen of New Day with some slightly “good-natured” derision.
But, the mischievous scion of Mario Cuomo and the younger brother of New York’s guv could not diminish the inimitable Aly a/k/a the “Bristol Bay Babe.” She may be his TV wife: But, Chris does well to remember that Aly is his better ND half–and, indubitably, the fairer sex!

No worries, ND fans: Aly is still there! However, New Day oddly deleted it’s de rigeur “Good Stuff” segment this morning at the end of the show. Stranger yet, there was no personal segue to Carol Costello. Rather, in a solo shot, co-host Chris Cuomo alerted the voters in the final segment that “the news continues with Carol Costello right after this break.” At least, then his sexy co-anchor Alisyn Camerota put her hand next to his face and waved goodbye to her fans–even though her lovely visage did not grace the screen.
New Day, if you want to be “Headline News,” that is one thing. But, if you ever expect to catch Fox & Friends you have to up your game!

Chris: The Donald’s “disposition, dyspepsia, and demagoguery.” If one watches New Day, s/he can tell immediately that ND co-host Chris Cuomo is no fan of the Celebrity Apprentice star and real estate magnate. In fact, the Cuomo scion evinces utter disdain for the leading GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump.
Introducing a segment re surging Democratic insurgent Prez aspirant Bernie Sanders this morning, Chris facetiously queries, “Is Bernie Sanders the Democrat’s Donald Trump?” Taking a gratuitous shot at The Donald, he snarked, “No, not in disposition, dyspepsia, and demagoguery: But is he tapping into the passion of his party?”
Will Trump hit back at Mario’s boy? Tune in. It should be fun!

Aly Cat: Rowrr! Today, sexy New Day anchor Alisyn Camerota provided her male admirers with a view that they will relish. A Playboy spread? Not quite. But, she did show some skin–the sight of her naked ring finger this morning.
Lest Aly’s amorous acolytes get too excited, she has gone bare before. After an unexplained two-month absence from her then show Fox & Friends Weekend, she similarly doffed her connubial bling when she appeared as a Fox & Friends Friday guest co-host: Of course, Loverboy was performing “Everybody’s Working for the Weekend” that Friday for F&F’s 2011 “All-American Summer” concert series that day and the bohemian hottie was ready to party (vid). A few years later, (01/04/14), Aly was at it again as she flashed her tanned nude marital ring finger to her acolytes when she guest co-anchored America’s News HQ.
Now, Aly has changed networks from the irreverent cable news ratings champ network Fox News to the more staid 24/7 cable news pioneer. Now, her hemline often drops too low and her neckline rises too high. But, she is still giving her fans the finger–not the mean one.
“Naked Aly”: It has a certain seductive ring to it. For her fervent votaries, it resounded all the more today. Rowrr: Aly Cat is back–at least, for today!
[Author’s aside: Re Aly Cat, “ages ago,” when Aly guest co-hosted a segment with Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade on F&F about with what animal the co-anchors identified most, Aly purred, “Cat.” (For curious F&F fans, Steve answered, “Unicorn,” and Brian declared, “Lion.”)]
