F&FF: Fox & Friends First First?

Ladies? Fox & Friends First viewers were given a jarring jolt this morning–and it was not the coffee. Rather, it was F&F Weekend co-anchor Clayton Morris seizing the seat that Abby Huntsman or Heather Nauert normally possess next to Heather Childers. Needless to say, it was not a pretty sight.

But, brace yourselves, F&FF fans, Clayton said that he will be back tomorrow. Where is Roger Ailes when FNC needs him? And, Clayton go back to the weekend–and, give the ladies back their seat!

[Author’s aside: Re Carpe Diem article title, supra, this is the first time in the author’s recollection that a male has co-hosted F&FF.]

Correction (re author’s aside): Apparently, I expunged the F&FF male invasion from my memory. :-) Fox & Friends First throwback: debut announcement elucidation (Ainsley Earhardt & Anna Kooiman). Right at the genesis of F&FF they had one or two male co-hosts rotating in with I think four female hosts (?Patti Ann Brown, Heather Nauert). It didn’t take them long to settle in on Heather and Ainsley

Clayton and Dave Briigs hosted once or twice early, but other than that, the hosts have exclusively been when until today.

Should be Dave Briggs and women. Hate that I can’t edit posts here.

Motownman, thanks for commenting–and, I knew what you meant. :-)

Abby Huntsman co hosted Fox and Friends Weekend on Saturday and Sunday. Today and tomorrow is her weekend – two days off in a row.

Many weekend anchors have their weekend as Thursday and Friday, which gives them a five day work week.

Clayton might have been making up a few days. I know his wife is expecting a baby, which may have been why he was off this past weekend.
