Anna On Honeymoon: “Very Salacious” Huddy Back!

Kooiman: “I’m going out with a bang!” And, Juliet is BACK with her own bang! Tuesday, Fox & Friends guest co-anchor Anna Kooiman revealed, “I leave for my honeymoon today! I’m going out with a bang!”* When co-host Steve Doocy queried where she would go, Anna exclaimed, “Italy and Austria!” And, in her place on the curvy couch today sat former F&FW co-host Juliet Huddy.

Even though it has been approximately a year and a half since Juliet graced the curvy couch, she seemed somewhat back in her element–even though Juliet awkwardly defended her friend View co-host Michelle Collins repeatedly for her snarky remark directed at Miss America contestant, Kelly Johnson (Miss Colorado), for her talent competition as to her life-saving work as an RN. Not to mention Collins reportedly impugning nurses reportedly saying, “Yeah, that’s not a real profession. They want to be doctors.”

To boot, Juliet let the guys and gals know that she was still her own licentious self even if she were dressed this morn more like a school marm than an FNC fox. In a “7 Things Every Man Should Know,” co-host Tucker Carlson read, “You [men] are more difficult to live with than you think you are.”** In response, Juliet declared, “It’s accurate: Yes, definitely! That’s why I think people should live with each other before they get married: But, that’s just my very salacious personality.” Pointedly, co-anchor Tucker Carlson replied to the thrice-married cougar, “And, studies yet do show that people who live together before they get married have a higher divorce rate”: As co-anchors Tucker Carlson and Clayton Morris grinned, Juliet laughed, “Which makes a lot of sense!”

Youthful hottie Anna is gone for now: And, the F&FW boys get a blast from the past.

After what happened on The View this past week, Juliet would be smarter to make a negative comment about nurses.
On the 7 Things list, one was pray with your spouse. All three hosts ignored that item. Hmmmm………

Anon, I assume you meant “Juliet would be smarter [than] to make a negative comment about nurses”: In fairness to her, she praised them but she strangely failed to admonish her friend who made the offensive remark. Re “pray with your spouse,” on one of the “7 Things” list segments, Tucker did applaud that sentiment with some vigor.

Ok, I acknowledge the grammar error and about Juliet’s defense of her friend.

I noticed they repeated the 7 Things story at least once during the show Saturday. The first one I saw was where the praying issue was not mentioned. I’m glad Tucker spoke up when it was brought up again.

Anon, I wasn’t trying to be critical: I simply wasn’t sure what you meant. Re Tucker, he’s certainly not shy in expressing his beliefs–politically correct or NOT. :-)

Glad to see Elizabeth Prann filling in for Anna this past weekend. While she did mis-pronounce some Saint names (Kristin Fisher did the same during the week) she does a good job filling in. I was glad to hear that the new mom was not shy about mentioning during a dating segment that the only man she dated is her husband. I know Tucker met his wife in high school. Tucker and his wife have been married 20+ years and have four kids.

I never really liked Huddy, and I’m sure Fox could find someone better to fill in on Saturday. My favorite fill in host for Hasselbeck (who I like) is Kimberly Guilfoyle.

I like Heather Nauert, but her taking weekends would probably be a “step down”. I don’t know how much shuffling will happen when Ainsley goes on leave, but it’s coming soon, since Ainsley is due in November. Maybe Patricia Stark will take a few, since she is already on the night shift.

Fox could find people other than Huddy to fill in on the weekends.

Anna and Heather N have filled in on F&FF in the past. So has Lea Gabrielle and Molly Line.

    Motownman:

I think your right – Heather N and Lea Gabrielle may be doing some fill-in time when Ainsley goes on leave. Heather N had a long assignment when Jenna Lee was out, and I remember Molly Line doing some filling in. I think Molly was asked for the weekend Fox and Friends (she did a lot of filling in when Alysin was filling in for Megyn) but I believe she chose to stay in Boston for personal reasons, and Fox management respected that.

Maybe Patti Anne Browne will be part of the shuffle. She has filled in on F&FF like Lea, Molly, and Anna. Patti Anne sometimes fills in for Martha McCallum, and takes some weekends.

Patti Anne is one of my favorites – she’s a seasoned reporter who has worked in the trenches, and paid her dues.

Actually, Molly did Saturday F&FW and Ainsley worked Sunday’s in the summer of 2011. Huddy was supposed to be the fill-in but she mysteriously disappeared for reasons that never were disclosed, but heavily rumored.

Juliet was back again, but seemed unprepared, tough time reading the teleprompter, stumbling through the text. Was she a last minute fill in? Anna covers a lot on FF during the week.
