Kiran Rules Demo Monday

Monday Kiran Chetry ruled the most desired demographic  (25-54) as she led CNN’s “looser” American Morning to a slim but vivid victory over her erstwhile employer, FNC’s Fox & Friends. (AM: 212,000 and F&F: 202,000.) The deliciously ironic win must have been especially satisfying to Kiran after F&F gave its center seat surprisingly to Gretchen Carlson last year and then unceremoniously canned Kiran for allegedly demanding Gretch’s seat within a specific time period. However, perhaps, tempering the glee, the win did come at the expense of her friend and former colleague on F&FW, Alisyn Camerota, who was substituting for Gretchen Carlson.

Congratulations, Kiran!

I still think that Kiran’s former agent was testing the waters without Kiran’s full knowledge … Agents typically demand more than their client wants as a ways to hope that they can squeeze even more out of the employer …

The fact that nasty letter from FNC was leaked makes me think that neither FNC’s people or Kiran’s agent was playing with a full deck …

FNC’s petty attempt at being the power player made the viewers the ultimate loser …

We’re stuck with Gretch … the dumb blonde who doesn’t have a clue …

Unfortunately Kiran and AM may lose momentum since the lovely Nepali is off Tuesday and Wednesday! Let’s hope the rating continue for the rest of the week!

When ED was on I routinely watched F&F, I rarely watch any more because I do not like Gretchen and find her irritating, annoying, and not in command of any interview or conversation. If I knew Ali was on I would have been watching. I still can not watch F&FW because of Clayton, he is more than annoying – he is just plain DUMB and a clown.
