They may look real but they’re not. With a suggestive pregnant pause thereafter, Fox & Friends co-host Alisyn Camerota introduced a news story today about an artist (who uses household items to create model sculptures).* When she did, co-anchor Clayton Morris mirthfully interjected, “What! Ah, you woke me up!” Aly lustfully laughed, “I knew I would.”
Then, facetiously playing the ingenue, Aly continued, “This tornado [onscreen photo] is actually steel wool, Clayton.” Playing along, Clayton responded, “Wow! That does look real.” Suppressing a chuckle, co-anchor Dave Briggs jestfully interposed, “Don’t they always?” Aly deadpanned, “No, not always. They don’t always look real.”
As Aly concluded her report, she smiled saucily and mischievously remarked, “See, you can’t always trust that when something looks real, they are–guys.” Clayton riantly rejoined, “That’s something you always say.” Looking at Clayton naughtily, Aly declared, “That’s a lesson.” With tongue in cheek, Dave smiled broadly at the audience and added, “She always tells us things are fake.”
Aly, the tempting tutor: listen and learn, guys.
